so it's only weds and already this week has been crazy!

on monday & tues,

john (the boyfriend)

went through the process of enlisting in the

u.s. army national guard....

and not the one weekend a month national guard....

the scary special forces...

lots of training...

being away for long periods of time...

dangerous missions...

national guard.

needless to say there will be a lot of changes in the upcoming months,

but i'm so proud of him for doing what will make him happy

and i know we'll be a stronger couple in the end:)

after the long process of him getting sworn into the guard

we celebrated with a walk to red mango...

best.frozen.yogurt.ever.

and took in the last day of gorgeous weather...

the leaves are changing...

the air is changing...

and so is my life...

and i'm so ready...
