You guys...we are more than halfway through September which means the best part of the year is almost here!!  This is the time of year that I live for...sweaters and halloween, beanies and birthdays, luxe fabrics and xmas...I mean the list just goes on and on!  And while it's still in the 90s, when I leave my apt for work in the morning there is a subtle chill in the air and that's all I need to put a little smirk on my face because it's FALL!!!

And this outfit has all the fall trends.  So this floral velvet number is actually a dress, but it has super skinny straps and is really low cut, so personally, I would never wear it as a dress but when it's worn underneath this poncho-esque burnt orange sweater it just looks like the cutest little mini skirt and ta da...a super cute look!!  And of course I had to pair it with some cheetah flats because cheetah is life!
