Happy Hump Day Loves!!  Is anyone else feeling like it should be friday already??  And I'm probably the only person that is super grouchy because it's in the upper 70s this week...#TexasProblems.  But do you want to know what doesn't make me grouchy...pink moto leggings...and Kate Spade...duh.  I have these moto leggings from Apricot Lane SA in three colors...one of which you may have seen in my blog post from monday...just saying.  I literally wear them all the time because they are so comfy and I kind of like that they're a little short so they pair well with booties and with flats!

And in case you didn't know,  my obsession with Kate Spade is REAL!!!  Like any occasion where someone might need to buy me a present...like Valentine's Day (hint, hint) I ask for a Kate Spade!  I'm starting quite the collection and honestly I think J secretly likes that I just send him links with the ones I love because it makes his job so much easier;)  This one is perfect because it has a removable strap so I can wear it multiple ways...plus it has a hot pink handle which gives it extra cool points!  And in case the hubby is reading the blog today, this new KS would be the perfect V-Day gift!!

And do you like how my hair is like 10 times longer and thicker...gotta love some extensions...but honestly I just put them in for the pics because sometimes they're just so hot and heavy.  My big head isn't used to that much hair and I literally ripped them out after the pics...and then last night I actually chopped my hair into a fun little bob because, why not, so be sure to check out my insta to see some sneak peeks of that!  

 Happy Monday loves!  H and I had a chance to finally take some blog pics this weekend and lets just say that we had more bad pics than good.  It's been quite some time since we've done some outfit post and it totally showed while going through the pics.  Plus I'm super annoyed because I have been working out and eating well...ok I've been eating well most of the time...I mean I have carrots as snacks instead of cool ranch doritos so that has to count for something...and looking at the pics today I felt super discouraged because I look like a big puff ball.  

And yes, I fully understand that it takes time to see changes in your body, and yes most days I do feel better and not as "puffy" and yes I probably should stop drinking so much wine, but when you go from not working out to working out for almost 3 weeks now, I feel like you should see something.  Want to know what I see...a round fat face...like for real when did my face get to marshmallow puff man status...and why doesn't it look that way when I take selfies...#firstworldproblems.

And really this is all so ridic because right now our world is a hot mess express and I really shouldn't be complaining about how I feel like a chunky monkey...so complaining stops now.  And on a happier note, my sweet baby Henri Oliver has some exciting things in the works for you so stay tuned because you are not going to want to miss what's coming!!  

Do you know how lovely it is to have 10 days off from work?  Let me just tell you...it's the best...and today I have to go back...which makes me a little sad, because I would love nothing more than to not work, but I married J and not Ryan Gosling so yeah, I have to work.  But the last 10 days off have been much needed!  My little seester was here the whole time and there was lots of laughter, and food, and sleeping in, and shopping, and snuggling Henri, and basically just relaxing which I think was the perfect way to end last year and start out this year.  

And yesterday we took a little day trip to Fredericksburg with the fam...and everyone is always telling me how cute it is, and there are all of these fun little shops etc...and...well...it kinda sucks!  Maybe I'm just spoiled from where I grew up, but I feel like I just spent the day surrounded by a bunch of yuck.  I mean if you like cowboy boots, and bling on everything, and turquoise, and the state of texas outlined on all of your home decor then this is the place for you, but for a "non-southerner" it kinda made me throw up in my mouth a little bit.  I just couldn't even deal.

On a happy note, I did find a cute dog store where I got Henri the most adorbs polka dot tie...you know for the days he has to go the office.  And I also found a fun hamsa pillow and some elephant pjs so it wasn't a total loss...but lets just say that a few hours in Fredericksburg was a few hours too many.  Do we think I will ever find a place near SA that I like??  We shall see...

 Hooray it's Friday...although I work tomorrow so really it's more like...hooray it's Thursday!  Usually  I'm lucky and work Mon-Fri...although it doesn't really matter that I get the "weekends" off because J works the weekends...but when I do work the occasional Saturday my whole week gets thrown off.  Like I literally feel like a zombie all week and don't know what day is what and it's super annoying.  You know what else is super annoying...it's Tax Free weekend in Texas which mean work for the next two days is going to be full of high school and college girls that are super annoying with back to school shopping.  The plus of back to school shopping is that I can go to Target after work and get notebooks and pens and crayons (that I don't need because really what am I go to do with MORE crayons...I have like a huge stash) and I can snag things like hangers and bed sheets on sale because it's "back to school" time.  Oh the joys of being a grown up...who isn't really a grown up...you understand.  And I feel like this outfit is the perfect non grown up outfit.  It's kinda like if you told your 4 year old to pick out something to wear and this is what she came up with...which is why this outfit it pretty much the best thing ever!!  And if you agree with me then don't forget to head over HERE to nominate me for the SA Fashion Awards "Blogger of the Year"...it would be so amazing to be nominated and I would of course love you always!!  Thanks and happy Friday!!!
