stress much?

october has been a weird month for me...lots of good things and then lots of random drama coming from all places.  and when i get super stressed about things my body likes to shut down...in the most random of ways.  like freak puffy mosquito bites and feeling like i have a literal lump in my throat...which i'm going to get ultrasounded...which i know is not an actual word...but unless i get things looked at, i obsess and then just stress some more.  so any happy thoughts you would like to send my way would be greatly appreciated...and if any of you have any fave yoga dvd recommendations for me that would be amazing...because i for reals need to start de-stressing!

  2. Sending big hugs and love. I was worried about something I thought I felt in my throat last year, esp. because my mom had stage one thyroid cancer. She is doing much better, but I started freaking out. So I got an ultrasound done and there was nothing to worry about. So, even though we will worry until we find out if it is something, the best advice is to get it checked, no matter what. Early detection saves lives. It is probably nothing, it could be your lymph nodes flaring up if you're sick. But like I said, it's always better to get it checked then to leave it. xoxo

  3. Sending you lots of love and positive thoughts! Are you guys on the military installation or near it? Does the gym offer any yoga classes? Sometimes exercising with others can do so much to heal and comfort us from the exercise and from the companionship. I also found hot yoga was one of the best stress relievers I have ever done. I would leave feeling like a new woman, ready to take on the world!
